1. Design Quotes & Orders

All quotes, initial renderings, and project estimates are subject to the following terms:

• Validity: Quotations and custom pricing estimates remain valid for the period specified on the formal quote document.
• Custom Production: Production commences only after architectural measurements are verified, material finishes are signed off, and the required commitment deposit is confirmed.
• Material Variations: Natural finishes (such as timber, stone, and luxury veneers) may exhibit minor natural variations in grain, tone, and texture.

2. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, photography, catalog layouts, 3D renderings, brand graphics, and written content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of IDDVIA. Unauthorized reproduction, re-engineering, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Site Readiness, Delivery & Installation

To ensure smooth execution of all interior fitout and furniture delivery schedules:

• Site Access: The client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is cleared, powered, and accessible for our technical teams on agreed delivery dates.
• Timeline Estimates: Delivery and installation schedules provided are realistic operational estimates and may adjust due to on-site readiness or logistics conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

IDDVIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper site preparation by third-party contractors, unauthorized modifications made after installation, or unforeseen delays caused by force majeure events.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
